How much does your seating arrangement really mean during a blackjack tournament? More importantly, is there any way you can influence it?
These are good questions.
My first instinct is to tell you that just as is the case in a conventional game of casino blackjack, where you sit doesn't matter. We hear so much from amateurs about how the third base position offers such an edge because you can make your decision after everybody else and then control what the dealer pulls. However, without having telepathic knowledge as to what that "dealer's card" is going to be, I'm not sure how that does you any good.
